Introduction

Hi 👋 I'm a GIScience (GeoAI) PhD candidate in the Spatial Climate Solutions Lab at UC Santa Barbara, advised by David Lopez-Carr. I also hold an M.A. in Geography from UCSB, and I did my undergrad in Surveying and Geoinformatics at Obafemi Awolowo University.

I'm broadly interested in how LLM agents reason, and whether they respond to the right causes when they stand in for people in human–environment systems. I currently work on counterfactual evaluation of spatially grounded LLM agents, using wildfire evacuation as a testbed (SPARC-Evac). Before this, I worked on spatial automation for energy siting at Engie North America with Alex Irvine.

I'm happy to discuss collaboration, mentorship, and research in general. Feel free to email me for a virtual or in-person chat.
